Role Description
The College Admission & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving student enrolments, building strong institutional partnerships, and executing marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual admissions targets. The role involves liaising with colleges, training institutes, skill centres, and corporate partners while ensuring brand visibility and effective lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Enrolment Management
Develop and implement strategies to achieve student admission targets for various programs.
Manage end-to-end admissions funnellead generation, counselling, conversion, documentation.
Conduct student counselling sessions (online/offline) to guide them on programs, career paths, and placement benefits.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth on-boarding of students.
Track and report daily/weekly/monthly admission performance metrics.
2. College Outreach & Institutional Partnerships
Identify, engage, and build partnerships with colleges, universities, and coaching centres.
Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities in colleges.
Manage relationships with placement cells, training & development departments, and campus authorities.
Facilitate MoUs with institutions for long-term academic and training collaborations.
3. Marketing & Brand Building
Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns to drive student leads.
Manage social media promotions, local advertising, posters, brochures, and event branding.
Organise events such as workshops, awareness programs, job fairs, and competitions.
Work closely with the marketing team for content, creatives, and campaign calendars.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion
Manage and optimise multiple lead channelstele-calling, digital campaigns, referrals, college outreach.
Train and guide counsellors/sales executives for improving conversions.
Maintain CRM disciplinecapture, update, and track leads until closure.
5. Market Research & Analytics
Monitor competition, pricing, student trends, and new opportunities.
Conduct market surveys to identify potential geographies, programs, or segments.
Prepare monthly MIS reports on admissions, outreach activities, and revenue performance.
6. Team Management
Handle and mentor a team of field executives, counsellors, and marketing staff.
Set targets, review performance, and ensure productivity across the team.
Manage training and capacity building for field teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Education Management preferred.
410 years of experience in admissions, education sales, or institutional marketing.
Experience in training, skill development, BFSI, EdTech, or higher education is an added advantage.
