Admission Manager / Marketing Head

Job Purpose

To support and strengthen student admissions through field-based marketing activities, school promotions, lead generation, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field marketing activities to promote the institution and its academic programs.

Visit residential areas, feeder schools, coaching centers, offices, and public locations for admission promotion.

Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and banners.

Generate and follow up on admission leads and maintain accurate lead records.

Coordinate with the Admission Office for counselling appointments and conversions.

Support and participate in admission camps, roadshows, fairs, and events.

Build and maintain relationships with local schools, societies, agents, and community groups.

Provide correct information to parents regarding curriculum, fees, facilities, and admission process.

Submit daily/weekly field reports and feedback to the reporting manager.

Achieve assigned admission and lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Graduate (any stream).

Diploma or certification in Marketing / Sales is an added advantage.

Experience

13 years of experience in field marketing, admissions, sales, or educational marketing preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and field exposure may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in the field and meet targets.

Good persuasion and presentation skills.

Working Conditions

Field-based role with travel across assigned locations.

Flexible working hours during admission season.
