This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Faridabad. The Admission Counselor will assist students by providing personalized counseling services, including guidance about educational options in Germany, university admissions, and visa processes. The role involves managing inquiries, building relationships with students, maintaining accurate records, and achieving admissions targets. Proactively engaging with prospective students and addressing their doubts to ensure a smooth application process is key.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents
• Proficiency in customer service and sales, with a client-focused mindset
• Knowledge of education systems and a passion for guiding students through the admission process
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail to handle clients applications and requirements
• Fluency in English; additional knowledge of German is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field; experience in admission counseling or a related domain is desirable
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to students needs
