Job Role: Admission Counselor (Sales) Freshers Only

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to leads across various communication channels.
• Engage leads consultatively to understand their career goals and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on courses, certifications, and benefits.
• Address concerns and objections while highlighting course value.
• Build rapport and maintain professional, friendly relationships with potential students.
• Guide leads through the enrolment process and assist with application, admission, and financial queries.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Proven experience in Inside Sales or Counselling, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
