As anAdmission Counsellor, you will be a key point of contact for prospective students and working professionals, guiding them toward the right certification or degree program. This is atarget-driven, individual contributor rolewhere your primary goal is toconvert leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driveoutbound, inbound, and online admissionsthrough calls, emails, and chats.
  • Convert leads into enrollments forcertifications, executive education, and online MBA programs.
  • Counsel and educate prospective students about available programs based on theircareer goals, domain, and interests.
  • Make100150 calls dailyto engage leads and ensure follow-ups for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Generatereferralsthrough existing students and alumni.
  • Ensure timely achievement ofweekly/monthly admission targets.
  • Maintain detailed records ofinteractions, leads, and conversionsin CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Must-Haves:

  • 04 years of experience ineducation counselling,edtech sales, orinside sales.
  • Excellentspoken and written communicationin English.
  • Proven skills insales pitching,objection handling, andcreating urgency.
  • Ability tolisten actively, understand customer needs, and provide personalized counselling.
  • Familiarity withCRM tools, Excel, and lead management systems.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge ofexecutive education,online MBAs, ortech certifications.
  • Background in EdTech or similar fast-paced sales environment.
