Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor (L2) role located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will engage with aspiring MBA candidates to provide personalized assistance with college selection, admission procedures, and course options. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing student inquiries, managing admissions processes, and collaborating with institutions to create opportunities for students. The role also involves building long-term relationships with students and delivering exceptional customer support to ensure a positive experience throughout the admissions journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on student-centric services.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, particularly MBA programs and management entrance exams, is an advantage.
  • Passion for guiding and mentoring students on their educational and professional pathways.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for documentation and communication.
  • Previous experience in counseling, student engagement, or educational consultancy is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Business, or a related field.
