Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our sales team. The role involves handling prospective student leads, understanding their requirements, counselling them on relevant programs, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up consistently with leads throughout the admission journey.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline/CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, counselling, inside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain an organized pipeline.
