Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an academic counselor at Think Global. This role involves effective communication with students & guardians as well as providing career counseling in the field of Education.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen relationships with clients and company partnerships.
• Advise students & parents about their learning needs through counseling sessions.
• Fix appointments on a daily basis, including follow-up sessions.
• Follow up on leads & inquiry calls promptly to secure high closing & conversion ratios.

Academic Counselor (Previous experience in the Educational(Study Abroad) Field Preferrable)

Salary: 15,000 to 50,000 (As per the industry standard & based on Experience) + High incentive for each conversion+ Work Performance bonus.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Experience: 2 to 5 years

*Prior work experience in the education (Study Abroad) sector is required.

Language Known: English, Hindi, Bengali.

Knowledge of basic computers is a must.
