DegreeFYD is an online higher-education guidance platform that helps students and working professionals discover, compare, and apply to accredited online and distance degree programs, offering free expert counselling and end-to-end admission support.

Role Summary

We are hiring motivated graduates for a full-time Inside Sales / Admission Counsellor role.

The position involves counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and converting qualified leads into enrollments for online and distance learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound student leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM

Counsel students on suitable online and distance education programs

Assess eligibility and guide students through the admission process

Explain course structure, fees, timelines, and university details

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admission targets

Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate (all streams eligible)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
