Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and personable Admission Counselor to join our Dwarka branch. In this full-time, on-site role, you will connect with students and parents, provide details about our educational programs, and guide them through the admission process.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
• Promote and sell online live classes, recorded courses, and offline training programs
• Guide students through the admission process with a solution-oriented approach
• Maintain follow-up records and regularly connect with leads
• Work with the marketing team to achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Represent ESS Institute professionally at the front desk or during outreach activities

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in sales, counseling, or customer service

Strong understanding of the education sector

Well-organized with good time management

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree (Education, Business, or related fields preferred)

Salary: 18,000 20,000/month + Incentives (based on performance)
