Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohini for an Admissions Counselor specializing in CLAT/CUET programs. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, effectively communicating course details, and addressing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include guiding students through the admission process, conducting follow-ups, providing accurate program information, and achieving sales goals related to enrollment. Maintaining a positive and supportive customer experience is a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and overall communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with a diverse audience
- Background in customer service and sales, with a focus on converting inquiries into enrollments
- Experience or interest in the education sector and knowledge of competitive examination processes such as CLAT/CUET
- Result-oriented and motivated to meet or exceed enrollment goals
- Proficient in using CRM software and other admission management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
