Role & Responsibilities
Engage with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain course offerings and benefits.
Understand students needs, interests, and career goals to recommend the most suitable Vedic and spiritual science courses.
Build strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their queries and providing clear course guidance.
Convince and convert leads into enrollments by highlighting IIVS's key strengths and unique learning experience.
Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions.
Collaborate with the onboarding and academic teams for a smooth post-enrollment experience.
Consistently meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, mandatory in the EdTech/education industry (B2C preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
Relationship Building: Skilled at creating trust and long-term connections with students.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Excel / Google Sheets.
Organized & Target-Driven: Strong follow-up, time management, and goal-oriented approach.
