Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor, located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students, providing detailed information about training programs, conducting consultations, and assisting with the enrollment process. They will help build relationships with students, ensuring a smooth admission experience. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with the internal team to achieve enrollment targets and implement effective communication and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact with students and team members.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to assist students through the admission process and support enrollment efforts.
• Background in Education or familiarity with educational training programs is highly advantageous.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to provide tailored solutions for student inquiries.
• Proficiency in using technology tools to manage enrollment processes and communications efficiently.
