Role Overview

We are hiring International Sales Admission Counsellors to drive B2C/B2B global enrollments across APAC, EMEA, and US markets.

The role involves end-to-end sales ownership from lead engagement to closing and post-sales relationship management while achieving weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide prospective learners in their career journeys
  • Provide personalized counselling aligned with career goals
  • Meet weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets
  • Handle complete sales lifecycle:
  • Outbound/Inbound calling
  • Product demonstration
  • Objection handling
  • Closing
  • Post-sales follow-up
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and sales updates
  • Articulate the value proposition of upGrad's online learning model
  • Build rapport with international students across diverse geographies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong international sales exposure (B2C/B2B)
  • Understanding of global cultural nuances and buying behavior
  • Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset
  • Strong objection-handling and closing ability
  • CRM proficiency and funnel management discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Customer-centric and relationship-driven approach

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/Education preferred)
  • 25 years of experience in International Sales (EdTech preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Strong work ethics and proactive attitude

Shift Timings (Rotational)

  • APAC: 7 AM 4 PM / 9 AM 6 PM
  • EMEA: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM / 2 PM 11 PM
  • US Region: 8 PM 5 AM / 10 PM 7 AM
