Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruiter cum Inside Sales Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding our services and admission processes.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital leads to generate admissions.
Convert daily leads into successful enrollments by providing proper guidance and follow-ups.
Maintain strong follow-up with interested candidates to ensure maximum conversion.
Handle objections, doubts, and rejections confidently and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, lead status, and sales updates in CRM.
Should be self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with strong communication skills.
Preferred Female candidates from North East India.
Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Work from Office)
Working days: Mon - Sat (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)
Experience: 6 months to 3 years
Salary: 25K to 35K per month + incentives (negotiable; higher for the right candidate)
