Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Overseas Admission Counsellor. The primary responsibilities include providing personalized consultation to prospective students, assisting with applications and documentation, and guiding them throughout the admission process. The role also involves building client relationships, offering guidance on educational opportunities abroad, and managing communication with institutions and students to ensure a seamless admission experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students and professionals.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales to establish trust and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of the Education sector and a solid understanding of international admission processes.
  • Ability to multitask, manage documentation, and maintain organized records efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Prior exposure to overseas education counseling is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
