Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized support. The role includes conducting counseling sessions, responding to admission-related queries, supporting admission events, and maintaining records to support an efficient admissions process.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders
• Customer Service and Sales expertise to provide a seamless and positive experience for prospective families
• Understanding of Education systems, policies, and best practices in school admissions
• Proficiency in basic computer and administrative skills for managing records and correspondence
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Proactive and professional demeanor with a passion for education and counseling
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with experience in admissions or counseling considered a strong advantage
