This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Jaipur. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about courses, and addressing inquiries. The role involves building strong relationships with students and parents, assisting with enrollment procedures, and offering personalized advice to help students achieve their aviation career goals. Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience required in sales
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and effective Communication skills
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on responsiveness and quality
- Basic understanding of Sales techniques and ability to engage prospective students
- Familiarity with educational programs and processes, particularly in aviation training, is an advantage
- Ability to guide and motivate students, fostering confidence in their career decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Business, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are a plus
- Experience in admissions or counseling roles preferred but not required
