Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor, based in Panvel. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, addressing their inquiries and providing an excellent customer service experience. Responsibilities include presenting school programs and policies, managing admissions documentation, and maintaining communication throughout the enrollment process. The role requires liaising with prospective families and internal stakeholders, and assisting students in transitioning smoothly into the school environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales is advantageous.
• A background or experience in the field of Education is highly preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent guidance and support to prospective students and their families.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience throughout the admissions process.
• Proficiency in maintaining and managing records efficiently.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.
