Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admissions

  • Own the end-to-end admissions process for preschool and daycare programs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Understand parent requirements and recommend age-appropriate and curriculum-based programs.
  • Qualify leads effectively and close admissions while maintaining high conversion ratios.
  • Drive upsell opportunities such as extended daycare hours and enrichment programs.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents to ensure a positive experience.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all program-related queries.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and sustain engagement.
  • Collect parent feedback and share actionable insights with operations, marketing, and program teams.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and admissions data in CRM systems.
  • Track admissions pipeline, conversions, and revenue through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure timely documentation, contract processing, and fee collection coordination.

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of preschool, daycare, and enrichment programs including curriculum, schedules, fees, and differentiators.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position the organization effectively.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Centre Heads, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Program teams for smooth onboarding of new parents.
  • Work closely with the finance team on fee-related queries, collections, and reconciliation.
