Job Description

Klay – Founding Years Learning Solution is looking for an Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The role focuses on guiding prospective parents and families through the admission process by providing accurate program information, assessing suitability, and supporting informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Information & Guidance: Provide detailed information about the institution's programs, admission requirements, fee structure, financial aid options, scholarships, and related processes to prospective families.
  • Student & Parent Advising: Advise families on academic pathways and program suitability based on the child's needs and developmental goals.
  • Interview & Assessment: Conduct interactions or interviews with prospective families to understand their background, expectations, and alignment with the institution's offerings.
  • Application Review: Review applications, supporting documents, and relevant records, and make recommendations regarding admissions.
  • Admissions Support: Guide families through each step of the admission journey, ensuring clarity and a positive experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admission decisions as per internal processes.
