Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to make outbound calls to manage and convert leads for state-of-the-art programs across
domains such as Finance, Analytics, Full Stack and Marketing
Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth
information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and enrollments.
Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Be responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure.
Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.
Skill Required:
1-5 years of proven experience in Inside Sales using cold or warm leads
Ability to connect with the customer and try to offer the best solution for his career. Customer needs first!
High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels
Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face).
Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers
Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
