Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor to guide students seeking admissions in domestic universities and colleges across India. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales orientation, and a passion for helping students build their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, colleges, and career options in India
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable institutions
- Assist students throughout the admission process (form filling, documentation, follow-ups)
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve monthly admission targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams
- Maintain proper records in CRM / Excel
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and events
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling / sales (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Required Skills
- Excellent communication (Hindi & English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Indian universities and courses
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
