Role Description The Admission Counsellor role at Cloudking Technical Institute is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admission process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and providing information on eligibility, fees, and career outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions in person and over phone or digital channels, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of prospects, and supporting enrollment targets. The role also involves organizing and participating in admission events, campus tours, and outreach activities, as well as collaborating with academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and families.
- Proven Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide a positive admission experience.
- Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments while maintaining an ethical, student-centered approach.
- Understanding of Education programs, training structures, and career pathways to provide accurate guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and meet admission timelines and targets.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or student management systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or educational services is preferred but not mandatory.
