Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families during the admissions process
  • Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and individual meetings to provide details on academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and student life
  • Review and evaluate admission applications, including transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters
  • Assist students in completing application forms, submitting required documents, and understanding admission deadlines
  • Collaborate with academic advising, financial aid, and student affairs departments to support student enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and monitor their progress from inquiry to enrollment
  • Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events
  • Stay updated on trends, best practices, and changes in college admissions policies and procedures
  • Participate in professional development and training activities
