After successfully operating centres across 8 cities in India along with international centres in US and Malaysia, 360DigiTMG is now establishing its latest centre in Noida in partnership with Three NV Pro Solutions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in EdTech or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer engagement, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting sales pitches, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies
  • Keep track of sales activities, prospects, and customer needs in CRM software
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales team leader and management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 year of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
