Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Admission Counsellor - Study Abroad (Inside Sales), you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the process of overseas education, focusing on destinations such as the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, NZ, Singapore, etc. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting counselling sessions for prospective students, providing information about educational opportunities abroad.
2. Assisting students throughout the admission process, addressing their queries, and aiding them in completing necessary documentation.
3. Identifying potential students through calls and follow-ups, both from references and outreach activities.
4. Generating leads through engaging promotional activities like presentations, seminars, and webinars.
5. Advising students on career choices and elucidating the benefits of various courses.
6. Providing support and guidance during the visa application procedures

3. Strong analytical abilities.
4. Exceptional writing skills for assisting in drafting and editing essays, letters of recommendation, etc.

6. Direct and relevant experience in selling or working with university recruitment is preferred.

Role Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience as an Overseas Admission Counsellor.
2. Graduation degree with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. A degree in M.B.A / Business Management / Marketing / Human Resource is preferred.
4. Experience in Marketing / Administration is a plus.
5. A basic understanding of the international admissions process for popular destinations like the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.
6. Fair understanding of career specialisations and courses.
7. A self-driven and motivated individual.
