ADMISSION COUNSELLOR / TELE ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

Position Title: Admission Counselor / Tele Admission Counselor Online Programs

Department: Admissions & Student Engagement

Location: Navi Mumbai Work-from-Office Only

Role Overview: The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process for Univista's online degree and certification programs. This role involves student counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and providing accurate academic guidance to ensure high enrollment and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective students

Counsel students and parents regarding program offerings, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes

Convert leads into confirmed admissions through structured follow-ups

Maintain and update student data in CRM systems

Explain program structure, online learning model, assessments, and certification

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic teams for smooth admissions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

Resolve student queries pre- and post-admission

Participate in webinars, virtual counseling sessions, and admission drives

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)

15 years of experience in education counseling, telesales, or admissions

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)

Strong convincing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based roles

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience
