Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for an Admission Consultant. The role involves assisting prospective students through the admissions process, providing guidance and support for program selection, and fostering relationships with potential candidates. Additional tasks include responding to inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, collaborating with teams to achieve enrollment targets, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective students and address their needs.
- Experience in Student Recruiting and Training to assist applicants through the admissions process and deliver program guidance.
- Sales skills to strategically promote educational programs and achieve enrollment goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with teams and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in admissions, recruitment, or education consultancy preferred.
- Proven ability to operate in a goal-oriented environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
