Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for an MBA Admission Consultant. The Admission Consultant will engage with prospective students, offering guidance on application processes and strategies for MBA programs globally. Key responsibilities include counseling students, conducting consultations, managing student inquiries, supporting the application process, and ensuring a seamless pre-admission experience.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in Student Recruiting, including guiding students through admission and enrollment procedures.
- Strong Training and Sales skills to educate students about the admissions process while achieving sales-related targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and provide personalized recommendations to students.
- Knowledge of international MBA admissions processes is advantageous.
