Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for an Admission Consultant - MBA. The role involves providing personalized consultation to students aspiring to join MBA programs, guiding them through the application process, conducting training sessions, and offering customer support. The Admission Consultant will be responsible for student recruiting, customer service, and sales, ensuring students receive the best possible advice and support to achieve their educational goals. The pay is at par with industry standards with really good performance based variable structure.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Student Recruiting and Sales
- Ability to conduct Training sessions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse populations
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the admissions industry or educational consulting is a plus
