*Role Description*

This is a contract, on-site receptionist role located in Pune (sangamwadi pune-boat club road). The receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors. The role includes performing clerical duties, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.

*Qualifications*

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including document management and scheduling
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to create a welcoming and professional environment
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applications
  • Relevant experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred

2 years contract mandatory

Job timings : 10am to 7pm

Monday to saturday

Payscale: Rs.20000 to Rs.25000
