Job Deliverables - Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management
- Upkeep of the facility by maintaining proper hygiene and work environment ( Warehouse, Guest House & Corporate Office)
- Housekeeping Management
- Overseeing services provided by service providers and inhouse teams
- Vendor Management
- Identifying cost-efficient and effective vendors for various services , maintain relationships with new vendors, proactive planning for back up vendors
- Help in business expansion by identifying new or alternate sites which are cost effective
- Manage and review all legal contracts like trade license , lease agreement and others
- Asset Management, AMC Contract and Renewal , Preventive Maintenance
- Coordination with Local Authorities for Business Needs
- Coordination with Business Heads for internal administrative purpose and as per Business Best Practices
- Transport Management - Management of Transport Vendor, Transport Matrix and Escalation, Cab compliance and Employee Safety
- Creating SOPs for all Administrative Services
- Will have to work closely with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Exposure to ISO guidelines is desirable
- Willing to travel Work structure Team which will operationally report to you. Admin Team
