Job Description

Job Deliverables - Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management
  • Upkeep of the facility by maintaining proper hygiene and work environment ( Warehouse, Guest House & Corporate Office)
  • Housekeeping Management
  • Overseeing services provided by service providers and inhouse teams
  • Vendor Management
  • Identifying cost-efficient and effective vendors for various services , maintain relationships with new vendors, proactive planning for back up vendors
  • Help in business expansion by identifying new or alternate sites which are cost effective
  • Manage and review all legal contracts like trade license , lease agreement and others
  • Asset Management, AMC Contract and Renewal , Preventive Maintenance
  • Coordination with Local Authorities for Business Needs
  • Coordination with Business Heads for internal administrative purpose and as per Business Best Practices
  • Transport Management - Management of Transport Vendor, Transport Matrix and Escalation, Cab compliance and Employee Safety
  • Creating SOPs for all Administrative Services
  • Will have to work closely with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Exposure to ISO guidelines is desirable
  • Willing to travel Work structure Team which will operationally report to you. Admin Team
