Position - Administrator (Safety and Security)
Locations Chandigarh / Jaipur
Banyan Tree School, Chandigarh and Jaipur, is seeking a highly responsible Administrator (Safety and Security) to implement measures ensuring students safety and security at all times.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety and security plan: This should include procedures for emergency situations, such as fire, severe weather, and lockdowns, as well as protocols for dealing with security breaches and potential hazards.
- Conduct regular safety and security audits: Regularly assess the school's physical environment, including buildings, grounds, and transportation, to identify and address any potential hazards.
- Establish strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies: Develop a strong working relationship with local law enforcement agencies to ensure a prompt and effective response in the event of an emergency.
- Implement a visitor management system: Implement a visitor management system to ensure that all visitors to the school are properly vetted and authorized.
- Train staff and students on safety and security procedures: Provide regular training to staff and students on safety and security procedures, so that everyone knows what to do in the event of an emergency.
- Invest in security technology: Invest in security technology, such as security cameras, identification systems and other security measures to ensure the safety and security of the school.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's/ Master's Degree from a reputed university
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Safety and security
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of school administration best practices and regulations
Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen
