Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Administrator/PF/ESIC/Vendor Coordination at KATMAP REMEDIES PVT LTD to be performed on-site in Nashik. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) regulations, and overseeing documentation processes. The role also involves communication with stakeholders to address operational needs and ensuring smooth workflow and compliance adherence.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge in PF, ESIC, and compliance management.
  • Strong skills in vendor coordination and dealing with external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, record-keeping, and documentation management.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
