Mode of Hire : Contract to Hire

Experience Required : 7 12 Years

Location : Pan India (Hybrid 3 days WFO)

NP : 0 to 15 Days

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Autodesk Administrator / Senior Support Engineer to manage, deploy, and support Autodesk products for our team. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, managing software licenses, guiding the team, and mentoring junior resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot operational issues in Autodesk products and resolve tickets.

Install, configure, and deploy AutoDesk software for teams.

Package software for automated deployments.

Manage licenses and maintain CAD libraries.

Provide guidance and mentoring to the team.

Train junior resources on AutoDesk tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

7 12 years of experience as an AutoDesk Administrator / Senior Support Engineer.

Strong expertise in AutoDesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor, etc.).

Experience with software deployment, packaging, and license management.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment.
