Job Description
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 5-8 yrs.
Work Location: Pune.
- Must be MCP SCCM 2012 / Current Branch Certified or Certification in at least 1 Software Distribution tool.
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years on Relevant Experience
- Should be having intermediate level knowledge on SWD products especially SCCM 2012 / SCCM Current Branch.
- Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
- Should be able to resolve the issues independently.
- Good technical, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage L1 team resources with proper communication, providing them adequate training.
Detailed responsibilities for this profile would be as follows:
- SCCM Sites, Distribution Points, SCCM Client management & maintenance.
- SQL Database management, maintenance & troubleshooting.
- SCCM Software Distribution, Patch Deployment, OSD tasks & related activities.
- Preparing reports & documentation as per organization's requirement for SCCM services & activities.
- Level 2 Troubleshooting.
- Creation/Modification on SCCM Server Policies.
- Deploy Change Requests.
- CI creation and deployment.
- Configuring/Maintaining discovery methods.
- Manage P1 and P2 related issues.
