Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrator role located in Abroad. The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, organizing and maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Additional responsibilities include overseeing administrative policies, scheduling, resource planning, and supporting other organizational needs.

- Experience in maintaining accurate records, scheduling, and resource planning
- Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in administrative or office management tasks is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
