Working closely with the US based HR & Admin team to involve primarily in data management and admin support tasks the following:
- Training & Development: Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee master data for HR records.
- Reporting: Prepare presentations and monthly reports using Advanced Excel.
- Compliance: Manage CPE Certificate approvals for the team.
- Leadership Support: Lead tasks assigned by managers and department heads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with process heads to understand requirements and develop effective HR strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in HR Administration.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Skills:
- Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS.
- Education: Degree, MBA, or equivalent in Human Resources.
