Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator / Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance (PF & ESIC), and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, sound knowledge of payroll compliance, and the ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts).
  • Handle bank reconciliation and ledger management.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
  • Support GST filing and other statutory compliances.

PF & ESIC Compliance

  • Manage Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC registrations, returns, and payments.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain employee records related to PF & ESIC.
  • Coordinate with consultants and government departments when required.

Vendor Coordination

  • Maintain vendor database and documentation.
  • Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
  • Follow up with vendors for invoices and compliance documents.
  • Negotiate and coordinate for service agreements and renewals.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office administration tasks.
  • Maintain attendance and payroll records.
  • Handle documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • Knowledge of Tally / ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, GST, and payroll compliance.
  • Good communication and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling statutory audits.
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
