The incumbent focuses on managing Admin/HR operations, delivering key people initiatives, overseeing general office administration, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, and supporting the Sr HR Manager in overall office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Manage daily general administration tasks, including office environment, stationary management, office facilities maintenance, and procurement.
Support Office Finance by tracking local expenses, informing on-time for bookkeeping and reporting, performing data entry into the Finance System, and preparing accounting reports.
Assist HR/Admin Department in coordinating company-wide activities on both business and employees and prepare necessary budget, reports or statistics.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Human Resources
Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws, covering areas such as compensation and benefits, employee engagement/relations, performance management, recruitment, and daily HR operations.
Drive local recruitment activities, including managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing recruitment channels, building a talent pool, and managing recruitment costs and budget.
Manage expatriate management and support, including work permits, relocation, housing, and travel arrangements.
Handle payroll, tax-related matters, employee welfare, communication, engagement activities.
Manage new employee on boarding, and training/career development programs, including conducting induction training and on boarding program, arranging regular HR check-ins, and coordinating training initiatives.
Maintain complete and updated HR records and reports, coordinate ad hoc HR projects assigned by HR, and develop market intelligence on various HR aspects for best practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Possess knowledge of country labour law, HR practices, HR market intelligence.
Good at working with employees at all levels, providing HR advice to business leaders.
Strong observation and analyzing skills, flexible and resourceful to carry out the assigned jobs independently, handle tasks with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to execute plans and have strong work ethics to get the job done.
Fluent in both spoken and written English
