Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Handle documentation, filing, record management, and internal coordination.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
Manage vendor communication, service follow-ups, and office maintenance issues.
Support HR and Operations teams in basic onboarding and operational activities.
Conduct local travel for office-related tasks (bank work, vendor visits, courier handling, etc.).
Ensure office hygiene, discipline, and timely support for all team members.
Prepare basic reports and maintain administrative logs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Management and Administrative roles.
Must know driving (two-wheeler or four-wheeler as required by the company).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, documentation).
Ability to handle responsibilities proactively and maintain confidentiality.
