Job Summary
Seva Trucking Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline administrative operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, manage resources efficiently, and support various departments to maintain smooth and effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to manpower and labor law compliances
- Handle legal matters, maintain case records, and documentation
- Monitor statutory requirements, licenses, and timely renewals
2. Construction & Project Oversight
- Supervise construction activities, budgets, and project timelines
3. Audit Coordination
- Ensure compliance readiness and coordinate audit activities within deadlines
4. Property & Inventory Management
- Oversee facility upkeep, asset management, and inventory control
5. Security Management
- Implement and monitor security protocols
- Manage security staff and respond to incidents
6. Repairs & Maintenance
- Coordinate office maintenance activities
- Manage vendors and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
7. Company Resource Management
- Ensure optimal utilization of company resources
8. Scrap Management
- Monitor scrap generation, storage, and disposal processes
- Coordinate with vendors for scrap sales and disposal
- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies
9. Public Relations & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
10. Expense & Payment Control
- Review, approve, and monitor expenses and payments
11. Incentive Management
- Verify and ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of incentives
12. Reporting & Coordination
- Compile and coordinate reports across departments
13. Attendance Monitoring
- Monitor attendance of security, housekeeping, and admin staff
- Address irregularities and ensure discipline
14. Branch Visits & Operational Support
- Conduct branch visits to assess operations and provide guidance
15. Compliance Audits
- Conduct surprise checks and report findings to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
