Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required
- Support general office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
Requirements:
- 0–1 years of experience in an administrative or similar role (Freshers can also apply)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
