Role Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, including travel management, meeting coordination, and general office support to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel management for employees, including booking flights, trains, hotels, local transport, and managing travel-related documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments; prepare meeting rooms and required arrangements.
- Maintain and update calendars for management and key stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting official communications, emails, and internal notices.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative records.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative requirements as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
- Handle day-to-day office coordination and respond to administrative queries.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
