Job Description Admin Executive

Experience- 3 Years

Salary- Up to 3 LPA

Role Summary:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, including travel management, meeting coordination, and general office support to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel management for employees, including booking flights, trains, hotels, local transport, and managing travel-related documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments; prepare meeting rooms and required arrangements.
  • Maintain and update calendars for management and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting official communications, emails, and internal notices.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative records.
  • Support HR and other departments with administrative requirements as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day office coordination and respond to administrative queries.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
