We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Executive to support our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. This role involves handling documentation, coordination, and internal support tasks. The ideal candidate should also be confident presenting in front of the camera for internal or brand-related content.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with documentation, reports, proposals, and coordination
Support the Operations team with daily administrative and follow-up tasks
Organize, maintain, and manage internal documents and records
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
Participate in or present for internal videos, training content, or social media-related activities
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of documents
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in admin, sales support, marketing support, or operations
Exposure to documentation processes and internal coordination
Basic understanding of business or corporate environments
