Admin Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Managing office documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinating with internal departments for administrative requirements.
- Supervising cleaning staff and ensuring office cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Monitoring whether cleaning activities are carried out as per schedule.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and ready before meetings (cleanliness, seating, basic arrangements).
- Coordinating for meeting room availability and setup as per requirements.
- Assisting in vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility-related needs.
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling official correspondence.
- Preparing routine reports and supporting management with administrative tasks.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of office processes and adherence to internal administrative controls.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
