Admin Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Managing office documentation, records, and filing systems.
  • Coordinating with internal departments for administrative requirements.
  • Supervising cleaning staff and ensuring office cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
  • Monitoring whether cleaning activities are carried out as per schedule.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and ready before meetings (cleanliness, seating, basic arrangements).
  • Coordinating for meeting room availability and setup as per requirements.
  • Assisting in vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility-related needs.
  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling official correspondence.
  • Preparing routine reports and supporting management with administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of office processes and adherence to internal administrative controls.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
