Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing office administration, facility operations, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping Management

  • Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene
  • Monitor housekeeping staff and schedules

2. Security Management

  • Supervise security staff
  • Ensure safety and access control

3. Food Arrangement

  • Coordinate with food vendors
  • Ensure quality and timely food service

4. Cab / Transport Management

  • Arrange employee cab services
  • Handle transport vendor coordination

5. Travel Management

  • Book flights, hotels, and transport
  • Support employee and guest travel needs

6. ISO Audit Support

  • Prepare documents for ISO audits
  • Ensure compliance and coordination

7. Vendor Coordination

  • Manage multiple vendors
  • Track service quality and payments

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills English and Hindi (internal & external)
  • Good coordination and multitasking ability
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge

Qualification:

  • Any Graduate
