Role Overview:
Responsible for managing office administration, facility operations, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Housekeeping Management
- Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene
- Monitor housekeeping staff and schedules
2. Security Management
- Supervise security staff
- Ensure safety and access control
3. Food Arrangement
- Coordinate with food vendors
- Ensure quality and timely food service
4. Cab / Transport Management
- Arrange employee cab services
- Handle transport vendor coordination
5. Travel Management
- Book flights, hotels, and transport
- Support employee and guest travel needs
6. ISO Audit Support
- Prepare documents for ISO audits
- Ensure compliance and coordination
7. Vendor Coordination
- Manage multiple vendors
- Track service quality and payments
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills English and Hindi (internal & external)
- Good coordination and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
